Every so often you get a boost from an interaction in the same way children do from us, and are reminded of why we do what we do each and everyday. With grateful thanks to @suzannezeedyk for reminding me tonight. Looking forward to welcoming you to @ManorParkSch
When your mentor and pal retires. Leaving a huge legacy across education, through the children she has directly worked with, and the children she has impacted upon by her nurturing of colleagues. Lucky to have worked with @ScottishHead. She made all the difference. 💖
I’ve loved my time @DycePrimary - great team, community and location! A new chapter awaits me as I retire in the summer. Head Teacher - Dyce Primary School - | Aberdeen City Council | myjobscotland https://t.co/iBacCTw6oa
Gold Olympic medallist and 3x Goalkeeper of the year winner @MaddieHinch hangs up her international pads and retires from GB and @EnglandHockey.
Thank you Maddie for all the amazing moments and memories 🥰
It was so good to have Team MP back together again for our first School Supper since February 2020. Great turn out with 284 parents and children. Interesting feedback on what matters and what works for our community. #relationships#TeamMP#sharinglearning
Sharing my love of hockey as part of our Skills School where children are choosing which skills to learn. Well done to the budding umpires who did a great job keeping everyone safe. Hockey and sport has helped me develop skills that I use in my day job. @ManorParkSch
Incredibly proud of the partnership work to support our children as part of our recovery approach to address the emotional and mental health of our pupils. 💚
We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have been awarded Mini Me Yoga School status due to our partnership work with @MiniAberdeen#TeamMP#1stSchoolinScotland 💚💚💚💚
This quote was used in a training yesterday. Very powerful. Makes you think about how we need to look at the whole picture and not just one moment in time. #everychildhasastory
I have proudly watched many of our pupils helping others this week. From play buddies to making sure we encourage people to try new things. Loved my salad from ELCC pupils who promised me a cake if I tried to eat one green thing, "because you might like it and not know."#TeamMP
Such a buzz today and delighted pupils. Huge shout out to @CanalViewPSEdin who had a staff member share the idea with a colleague and friend of mine who shared it with me. Fab idea! 💚
The gift of giving. The pupils got a chance to spend hard earned Manor Money on a small gift for someone special in their family. They also learned how to wrap gifts. Huge shout out to our Team MP PSAs who co-ordinated it all. The excitement and positive feedback said it all.
Really enjoyed the opportunity and got to learn some new information on changes to poverty related pressures since the beginning of Covid. #everydayisalearningday
Really enjoyed the first few days of Trauma Informed training @TISUK_ Perhaps a time to reflect and remind ourselves on some of the actions we already do to support pupils' wellbeing. #beingthedifference
