@CitImmCanada IRCC be advised I have paid for biometric fee when I applied for work permit and appointments were cancelled because of COVID so I got my work permit but never got my money back and I don’t know how to get it back. Please help.

@babart3 @British_Airways So are you aware how can I get a refund and compensation for my loss I spend 42 hours at the airport Sleepless I had no where to go. I had no local sim card therefore I couldn’t contact anyone. Nothing was offered to me while denied boarding . I was told to exit the airport.

@HeathrowAirport @skytrax_uk But I was told by Heathrow airport itself I can transit . My journey was from BOM (Mumbai) to Albania via London heathrow . And I was left at the airport and put as NO SHOW . The staff was rude and highly unprofessional. I spend around 2000 euros. Now I am depressed.

@HeathrowAirport @skytrax_uk I was told I cannot transit through UK by British airways . They denied me boarding and were rude to me . Asked me to leave didn’t even help me get out of the airport as their was a security barrier no one can exit airport until escorted out by airline staff if you are denied .

Acc to the checklist I needed
1. Locator form ( ✅)
2.RT - PCR. (✅ )
3. I am Fully vaccinated
4. I had valid boarding pass
5. On time for check- in

@British_Airways Already did a complain, but look at this .

I was suppose to travel and had the documents . British airways at BOM airport didn’t allowed me to board .

I need this issue to be addressed by higher BA authority because this is very bizarre. Complaint takes around 4 to 6 weeks.
