میری ٹیم نے گلف اسٹریم 500 طیارے کے حوالے سے جب سے یہ خریدا گیا ہے اب تک کا مکمل ڈیٹا بڑی باریک بینی اور تحقیق کے ساتھ اکٹھا کر کے اس کا جائزہ لیا ہے۔ اس تحقیق کے بعد یہ کہنا درست نہیں کہ یہ طیارہ یورپ یا دیگر ممالک میں مختلف جگہوں پر گھومتا رہا ہے، کیونکہ ہر طیارے کی پرواز، لینڈنگ اور قیام کا مکمل ریکارڈ بین الاقوامی فلائٹ ڈیٹا میں موجود ہوتا ہے۔

اب تک دستیاب ریکارڈ کے مطابق یہ طیارہ جب بیرونِ ملک گیا تو صرف ویانا میں ہی موجود رہا ہے۔ اگر وہاں اس کی مرمت، سروسنگ یا تکنیکی معائنہ ہو رہا ہے تو یہ ایک معمول کا اور طے شدہ طریقہ کار ہوتا ہے، جس کے تحت مخصوص فلائنگ گھنٹوں کے بعد جہاز کی سروس یا اسپیئر پارٹس کی تبدیلی کی جاتی ہے۔ تاہم اس بارے میں حتمی اور مکمل وضاحت دینا حکومت پنجاب کی ذمہ داری ہے۔

اصل مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ حقائق کو غیر ضروری طور پر الجھایا نہ جائے اور نہ ہی عوام کو گمراہ کرنے کے لیے غیر مصدقہ باتیں پھیلائی جائیں۔ ہمارا سوال صرف شفافیت کا ہے۔ قوم کو بتایا جائے کہ یہ طیارہ کس طریقہ کار کے تحت خریدا گیا؟ آج تک یہ ایک امریکی کمپنی کے نام پر کیوں رجسٹرڈ ہے اور حکومت پنجاب کے نام پر کیوں منتقل نہیں کیا گیا؟ یہ ویانا کیوں گیا، کس کے ذریعے گیا اور اس کے قیام کا اصل مقصد کیا ہے؟

اصل حقائق کو سامنے لانے کے بجائے غیر سنجیدہ باتوں کے ذریعے معاملے کو بدلنے کی کوشش مناسب نہیں۔ بہتر یہی ہے کہ حکومت مکمل تفصیلات قوم کے سامنے رکھے تاکہ تمام شکوک و شبہات ختم ہو سکیں اور حقیقت واضح ہو جائے!!
