@HMRCcustomers husband spent an hour waiting for his call to be answered. Finally spoke to Valerie & explained his query who asked him to hold whilst she spoke to a colleague. 10 more mins on hold then 'This is the end of the call, goodbye. Not fit for purpose, not good enough.
