Somnath Mukherjee discussing the results of the SCOPE 2 PET-CT phase 2 study at #ESTRO23. A switch from Cis-Cap to carbonation paclitaxel in day 14 PET metabolic non responders was associated with inferior outcomes. Proud my job enables me to take part in this trial.
Great 1st evening at #ESTRO23 especially Prof Grau discussing proton trials. Really interested to find out more about the PROTECT trial comparing photon vs proton outcome for oesophageal tumours.
