Accessibility isn’t only about wheelchairs. It’s about real people, parents, caregivers, and anyone needing extra support.
I hope @GOtransit and @Metrolinx will review this incident and train staff to respond with empathy, safety, and respect.

Today on the 3:20 p.m. GOTrain from Union to Danforth (coach #4520), I had an upsetting experience as a parent traveling with my baby in a stroller. It highlighted how poorly accessibility is handled and how dismissive the response was when we tried to raise concerns. @GOtransit

I stepped in to support the parent — we were just trying to have a respectful conversation. But both the attendants and the officer brushed us off.
It was demeaning to be told that our babies, who cannot walk yet, don’t count as needing accessibility support.

@chenchenzh Lmao I know my Chinese parents were prob slightly salty that I married a Canadian dude who had zero idea of the “asking price” and didn’t care/felt pressured to entertain it after I casually educated him. 😬

I had a dream that my mom found out about my tattoos. I instantly lied to her saying they were stickers. Then she tried rubbing them so vigorously but obv nothing came off.
