@BBCWatchdog @Mattallwright My 2019 ford kuga (42300 miles) was serviced in October. One week later the timing belt snapped. I needed a full new engine.Arnold Clark autocare paid £5000, ford only paid £1510.79 as a good will gesture. I still had to pay out £3450.
I hadn't even owned the car for 2years.
