Year 7 class enjoyed their genre lesson, the last library lesson this term. They picked the themed table to sit at and decided on their favourite book based on cover, blurb, opening and random page in the middle of the book. One minute presentations followed.
Our final week of Year 6 Pioneers in school. They have been making new bunting for the Library. I love it when children are still enjoying the classics.
Today I welcomed Year 6 Pioneers. They made a piece of reading bunting for the library. This one just made me smile. Reading a book is like jumping into a pool of inspiration, hallucination and a mixture of feelings. You can get many genres. My favourite are horror and mystery.
Eco Club and staff had an inspiring time at the Great Big Green Fair in Henley-on-Thames last Saturday. Thanks to @GreenerHenley for setting up our Mini Science Fair.
Year 7 making posters of their favourite books. I love it when they embrace the idea completely! Well done Oli and thought you would like to see this @annabelwriter
