@xoAllesGut @eventimDE @foofighters oh wow @xoAllesGut sorry to hear you're in the same situation. Total scammers aren't they?

@eventimDE This is about the 12th time I have done this. I hope it works this time. My order number is 2010066409. I am owed 212 Euros. thank you

[Gilly C @GillyCrossSays]

@eventimDE @depechemode Don't book tickets through @eventimDE, if anything goes wrong they will never give your money back. Still waiting on my refund from June.

[Gilly C @GillyCrossSays]

@eventimDE Your tweet replies sound helpful yet you'll suggest I email customer service but I have already, MANY times. I'm due a refund but you come up with different excuses each time why you won't pay it. @foofighters can you please help? @eventimDE are treating your fans like dirt :-(

[Gilly C @GillyCrossSays]

Any other @foofighters fans not yet received their refund from @eventimDE for cancelled #foofighters gig in Berlin on Jun 8? 4.5 months later they are still messing me around :-(

[Gilly C @GillyCrossSays]

@KensalTri @cityoflondon Looks amazing, hope to join in the fun next year!

[Gilly C @GillyCrossSays]

@eventimDE Hi @eventimDE - but you will just give me an email address for someone to message and this has not helped me in the past.

[Gilly C @GillyCrossSays]

Still waiting for my refund @eventimDE MONTHS after the cancelled #foofighters concert in Berlin on Jun 8. Unacceptable. @foofighters please don't work with this shoddy event company again, they are a disgrace.

[Gilly C @GillyCrossSays]
