@virginmedia We had an engineer booked for today but they didn’t come, we’ve been on hold to ask why but kept waiting for nearly two hours, it’s not acceptable, we’re paying for a service and your not providing us with a service, and this isn’t the first time this has happened,

@DVLAgovuk received notice to pay a fine on a car we’ve never owned, spoke to dvla told us to pay the fine, then dispute it, this is disgusting, this is fraud someone has given false information, and was told they can’t do anything to help us,

@TeletextHoliday terrible customer service, still waiting for a refund from 5th July, took our money didn't even book anything, called 4 times, promised a refund in 24-48 hours, think they meant 24-48 weeks, what a joke, STOP SAYING SORRY TO EVERYONE AND GET IT SORTED 😡😡
