@StagecoachWScot could we have an update on your app as to what times the 13.33 and 14.33 x36 will leave Dalry so that I know if I can get to work on time as currently there are no times showing on Track your bus!!!
@StagecoachWScot any explanation as to why the 2.33 x36 from Dalry to Glasgow is running 25 mins late? Again! There isn't one day where these buses have run to time. How are people supposed to rely on your service when it is never on time!
@CooperativeBank No thanks, don't have hours to spend on the phone. Would just like to be able to use my banking app with no problems. Finally managed by going on your website. The hoops you have to jump through to access your own money. Irritating in the extreme
@StagecoachWScot The issue is that this is almost every day, there is never explanation unless asked for. Sorry, while welcome, doesn't get people to work on time!
@StagecoachWScot An hour to get from Dalry to Beith is awful, and the x36 is fine when it's on time, however I am still extremely angry about the fact it finishes at 3.30 and the last one from Glasgow is 5.17.
@StagecoachWScot Thank you Ivy, make no mistake, I don't blame the drivers, however the lack of an adequate service means people can't or won't use it which means less money for Stagecoach. The service for North Ayrshire is shocking. The number 25 could be used as a form of torture.
@StagecoachWScot It would be nice if just once I could get to work on time. Even when there aren't extenuating circumstances these buses are always late to some degree, the service in Ayrshire is abysmal.
@StagecoachWScot can you explain to me why the 25A due to leave the stop I was at in Beith at 19.01 was still sitting there at 19.08 with the driver standing outside texting on her phone and only moved when I asked her what time the bus leaves and she replied 2 mins.
@StagecoachWScot went for the x36 in Beith, expected at 17.17. No show. Have I missed it? Because how are we supposed to plan if your app is not correct
