Love meeting people that are passionate about what they do and the people they serve. Thank you @Dr_Sudi and @irRTMal for showing me around Dublin! Exciting times ahead at 360 Vascular Institute!
After major trauma in ‘21, I was more aware of #MSK c-spine/shoulder prob that affect #irad#physicians & staff.
Tonight @Gilmerx5 showed me the GLift apron that transfers weight from neck to hips. Ingenious design that @irRTMal & I ❤️. Protect your health, check it out!
Remote patient monitoring and #telehealth will play an instrumental role in minimizing the impact of #COVID19 through optimizing the delivery of care to patients and reducing transmission risk. Learn how our continuous monitoring solution can help.
We are excited to announce the launch of RFR, resting full cycle ratio, to measure coronary flow without inducing hyperemia.

Terrific physiology and OCT live case today at #CRT2019 of a long proximal to mid-LAD by Rich Schlofmitz and Allen Jeremias at St Francis Hospital. Use of the new RFR resting non-hyperemic index and perfect OCT-guided sizing and expansion.@CMichaelGibson@rwyeh@ajaykirtane
Kicking off the month of OCT-ober 🎃 with (another) great #ImageFirst case. Angio showed hazy 60% mid LAD lesion; #OCTimaging showed significant plaque rupture. Don’t think with angio; KNOW with OCT! #cardiotwitter please post your OCT cases all month long w the hashtags
Good summary by @ACCinTouch of the #ULTIMATE study of IVUS-guided PCI, just presented at #TCT2018. But the photo in this tweet is of OCT, not IVUS. (I recommend saving the pix for a few years to use when ILUMIEN IV results will be reported.)
Umm...yeah...no. We perform FFR to assess whether a moderate lesion is hemodynamically significant. Whether it "requires" PCI is a clinical judgment that takes into account the FFR (or iFR, or contrast FFR, etc) value + symptoms, medical therapy, etc. https://t.co/cUBMDywwKN
