@PlasticPlanners I'm the rider. Trying to keep the conversation objective to get a pro cyclist to see there are two sides to dangerous riding. Not getting much luck so far.

@PlasticPlanners You just can't simplify it that much. More power is not dangerous in the right hands. Motorists have all taken some qualification to get on the ride but any muppet can buy a bicycle and cause havoc. And motorists have accountability due to reg and license. Cyclists do not.

@PlasticPlanners Did you not see the motorbike rider hit the deck to avoid crushing the cyclist? What if a car had been coming the other way? Bike and armour damaged instead of bones thankfully. Doesn't take anything away from the fact that cyclist should not be on the road if he rides like that.
