@British_Airways after 5 weeks of waiting, over 4 hours on the phone, messages via Twitter and being promised a refund. I am now told I can only have a voucher even though I rebooked my flight and paid for it now told to put in a complaint to put in a complaint!! 😡 I’m fuming!

@British_Airways this is beyond ridiculous I have now been waiting over a month for my refund of over £500. Sent DM! Call each day and get a message say call cannot be taken and cut off. The worst customer service I’ve ever come across 😡

Please help me @British_Airways always used BA but now experiencing shocking customer service. Cancelled flight 3 weeks ago and rebooked - still waiting for part of my refund and have spent 3 hours on phone trying to sort it. supposed to receive a call ….. heard nothing ! 😡

@Matalan DM and emailed but response not helpful. I will be returning the small case as it’s damaged and not even an offer of a discount prices online should be the same as on the price tags not higher 😞

@Matalan ordered 2 suitcases at £50 and £25 and got 20% discount, disappointed that they were delivered with price tags on showing they should have been £20 and £40 anyway !!! How does that work !! Also the small case has sticky tape round it which has left a residue!!
