The attainment gap funding given to schools (based on SIMD data) allowed schools in poor areas to pay for more support. However, your point was fewer teachers, which is misleading.

@GriffGordon @RealStephenKerr This is typical political spin. They use an average for England when spending is regional. Wales and NI get more per head than Scotland. Ask why they never mention revenue per head?
