I missed funerals, skipped weddings, and slept at the office in the early years of pushing my company to $20 million in revenue.
I was drowning in business debt ($2.4M) and I felt an equal weight of debt in my personal life.
I f*cked up, made many mistakes, and was maxed out.
That's why the term "Life Margin" resonates so deeply with me.
Because for years, I had none. Zero. Zilch.
If you're on the journey of building a business, take a moment to ask yourself:
Are some of the sacrifices you're making truly worth it in the end?
It's never too late to step back and recalibrate.
Oh hi there, is this thing on?
Nothin' like being locked out of this account and wrestling with Twitter's "customer service" to regain access... so it goes ๐ซ
@ilovemarichelle I ran into a bit of a mess with a 2FA when I had to get a replacement phone for my faulty one.
I figured I was locked out for good. Took a hot lil min to get through to twitter support, but I am glad to have it sorted out finally ๐
@pharrington_dzn Youโre so right! We switch it up between tent camping and the van based on location.
The van certainly makes it much more comfortable (and warm)!
Now, winter camping is on another levelโฆ
Been doing a lot more of this lately to balance out the various projects that have kept me busier than ever.
With countless camping and cross country trips weโve taken over the last 5 years in the van, ironically weโve never camped in Tennessee (my home state). ๐๐จ
It was a gorgeous fall weekend filled with copious cups of cowboy coffee, hiking, and campfire cooked meals with our two dogs by our side.
