Call it ironic, call it coincidence, call it what you will, but Noah’s story will be aired on WFMZ at 6:30pm on June 28th....EXACTLY one year from his cardiac arrest and diagnosis. #noahstrong
WE ARE GOING HOME!!!
Noah Jacob Kostic fought the battle and won!! Thank you to everyone for all your prayers and support and love!! We could have not made it through these last months without you all!!
Prayers have worked! After being in the PICU for the last 2.5 days, Noah’s SVT cycle has finally been broken and his HR is under control. We are here until tomorrow for further observation but when we leave, Noah will be able to return to a normal life!! #NoahStrong
Cardiac ablation #2 today for Noah. As a parent, I am naturally nervous and quite anxious, but this time around so is Noah. Prayers for the doctor’s steady hands and a successful procedure #NoahStrong
Last call to order your #noahstrong shirt!! I took this picture of Noah today. Exactly two months since his heart stopped! He has come a long way and I am super proud of him. MY HEART BEATS WITH NOAH❤️
Noah’s Life Vest is off. However, he is not cleared to play sports until his next EP study & second ablation in a couple months. Stress test was pretty successful. A few extra beats in the top portion of his heart. This is most likely due to the hidden
Back down to Hershey for a stress test and a follow up appointment with the cardiac surgeon. Noah will be getting his MRI results and further instructions. 🙏🏻#noahstrong
Would love to see friends, family and Noah’s community support him by wearing a shirt in his honor. It’s not about the money to me, it’s about the recovery, recognition & strength of a 15 year old, who happens to be my son.
Canes,
Please join me in showing support for an LHS football family. Karen has been fantastic in our booster club for the past few seasons. See photo for more details and click the link to help support the Voorhees family.

13 years ago I was blessed with the birth of my 2nd child, Zachary! Zach has the sweetest heart, is beyond loyal, empathizes with all and loves unconditionally. He loves hard and hurts harder. I love watching him grow, become a stronger person and transform into a young man ❤️
The recovery Noah is making is hard to wrap my brain around, as you can see in the picture. I’m not showing this to get sympathy or pity, but rather to show the world that love, family, friendship, community support, prayers, strength & determination can lead to amazing progress.
Just for 5 minutes I allowed Noah to shoot baskets! He is such a determined child❤️. Still waiting for results, so In the meantime we start rehab and go from there!
I haven’t posted anything lately because we are in a holding pattern at the moment. Still waiting on MRI results for Noah and EKG results for me, Zach and Dylan. Have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow with the St. Luke’s cardiologist, so I’m hoping to have more answers.
We are now home! Noah feels good and looks great!! His room has been decorated with all the posters & the hands from the staff at St. Luke’s PICU. MRI is complete and we wait for final results, but the main issues have been destroyed!! ❤️ #noahstrong
