Grammar and punctuation buffs: ever wonder why the Magee-Womens brand is missing an apostrophe in "women's"? This #NationalTriviaDay, we’re here to answer!
In 1962, when Elizabeth Steel Magee Hospital merged with Women's Hospital, the apostrophe got lost in transition. Whether it was a cost-saving decision or an effort to simplify the name, this simple typo has become a unique part of the history and legacy of Magee-Womens. #TheMoreYouKnow

One more time: Women aren't too emotional to lead.
Data: When men are anxious and stressed, they're more likely to be rude, hostile, and abusive. Women show respect regardless of their feelings.
The test of emotional intelligence is not how you feel. It's how you respond.
“I am proud to be part of a trial that can help uteruses everywhere,” says Karri Rickard. “I want to be part of the story where they say, ‘We have found the breakthrough.’ I want my story to be impacting more than just me. I want the treatment to impact others.”
A survivor of multiple recurrences of endometrial cancer and an ongoing clinical trial participant, Karri has shared her #cancerjourney openly on social media. She makes it a point to tell someone every day about her experience and the importance of clinical trials.
By supporting research and patient care at Magee-Womens, you can also be a part of the next breakthrough. The generosity of our community fuels research and patient care in women’s health — including clinical trials.
