I’m sorry. Correction to my earlier tweet. We have just learned that Clay Abajian was volunteering and helping with an Angel Flight, care flights for patients, when his plane crashed and he passed away. He will be deeply missed.
Professor Abajian,
You were a role model. You always wanted the best for us (your students) and you stood up for us like we were your family. I strive to be half of the nurse you were. You will be greatly missed.
Clay Abajian, nursing faculty @SacState, will be dearly missed. Our hearts go out to his family, friends, students, and colleagues. A prayer service will be held tonight, Nov. 16th, at 7pm at Faith Episcopal Church, 2200 Country Club Drive, Cameron Park, CA. #HornetFamily
To all the runners out there who say after a few miles autopilot kicks in....I can’t even run a few miles so how the heck do I turn on autopilot. #MyBodyStopsAt2Miles
Nursing school in a nutshell:
Class starts today at 4:30pm. This morning they let us know we have 5 chapters of pre-reading, 6 modules, 2 quizzes, and online discussion, a math exam, an IV exam, and we need to read and go over our syllabi for all classes before we come to class.
I always thank the Lord I have a boyfriend who will text me first or even call me... knowing someone is thinking about me and missing me is such an incredible feeling. Love is an incredible feeling & I can’t believe at one point I thought I’d never have it.
After I stoped running I sat down and felt my heart beating, felt the blood pumping through my body, felt the air go in and out of my lungs and I felt damn good to be healthy and alive.
