@shadydoorags That's something I'll always give to Raimi's take on the character. He wasn't afraid to put the spirit of the source material on full display. His Spidey could've been more of a jokester, but we have to remember that Raimi also wanted to make his take a bit more grounded as well.
@JR_O6@venomvsspidey11@shadydoorags Bruh, he literally gets the name in that very scene. And the Spider-Man persona as a whole started to take form in that wrestling match.
@realradec What makes this sting even more is that there was another opportunity to actually do it with Ultimate Alliance 3, which is Switch exclusive. Maybe even update them to match BotW and Dread. And yet, nobody involved had enough brain cells to pull the trigger on it. Not even as DLC.
@YorchTorchGames TBH, this is the funniest Marvel click bait I've ever seen. Because the literal 1st thing about Black Cat that anyone with a functioning brain knows, is that she wants to get in Spider-Man's pants. I can't speak for White Fox, though.
@rpcs3 So is it safe to assume that the Defender controllers from Retro Fighters will have next to no issues, then? Because I'm planning on getting the Defender Pro whenever that one comes out in the coming months, and I just wanna be sure.
@RivalsLeaks If they do, they might as well be permanent. They've already proven to do it without issues, such as with Lion's Mane for Quill and Mrs. Barnes for Widow.
@ShamashAran Could've been, but IMO the series was already going downhill as of the RPG shift with Origins.
Admittedly Rogue, Unity, and Syndicate all had their issues, but those 3 at least had the core of the series present through and through, unlike everything that came after them.
