@Etsy My new store got suspended 😢 I sent an appeal and received an automated message saying my store couldn't be reinstated. However, it was brand new and I can only suspect the issue was because of my some administration error on my account. Can you please assist me?

@Etsy Probably the worst customer support I've ever seen! What do we need to do to get a reply from you guys? It's been 2 weeks my account is suspended, I got no emails and no one will help me fix the issue! Any help please!

@Etsy I've got my account suspended without any email explaining why. So I filled out the appeal form and the answer I got is that my account can't be reinstated, again without any explanation. I did everything right. A little help would be appreciated!
