@visiblecare Yes, your DM is what I have been using to resolve this as you offer no other contact, such as a phone. That was stated in my tweet. And alas, it is still not resolved. Your response is as about as accurate as your service through DM.
@visiblecare I never tweet. But I have come to my last resort w/ getting help w/ an issue on my Visible Service. Or should I say lack of service.
I ordered a phone and new service from @Visible and regardless of their chat help my SIM is not recognized by the phone they sold me.
