@PassportIRL Must have worst service in whole of EU. Submitted my child's passport app Nov 2021, 'processing' for months. She turned 18 end of Jan 2022 and documents returned to me end of March stating I need to submit adult application. Resubmitted April, expected 26 May.
@PassportIRL I have been calling multiple times a day for the last week. How else can I contact the Customer Service Hub? Is there an email address? I can't take 'the next steps' until I get an email and know what the problem is with the application.
@PassportIRL How can I talk to a human? Passport application submitted 4 months ago and has been 'processing' for 2 months. Now status changed to 'Alert...email sent with next steps', but no email received. Calling for days, always a recording....no WebChat, no email!
