The two surviving Millipedes, Bug 🐛 and Beetle 🪲 are absolutely thriving.
Mum Mili is so much happier now ❤️
She was so depressed after 9 millipedes passed away one by one. She didn’t really want to eat.
We cooked eggs and chicken for her. Now she’s finally back enjoying all foods again.
Milli is going to be ok and it looks like Bug and beetle will be also 🩷
Soon we can start taking inquiries for Bug and Beetle but they are nowhere ready to leave mum yet just fyi ❤️

2.5 weeks since we found little Espresso Martini poisoned and taking her last breaths.

The progress has been very slow but some fairly positive news… (1/6) 🧵

We are now confident her broken rib came from frantic locals trying to give her CPR when she was frothing at the mouth. (2/6)

For 10 days she had no power in her body. The poison has done serious damage.

At first she couldn’t lift her head (3/6)

For 10 days she couldn’t even lift her head.

It’s been really sad to watch but with about 30 hours of exercises on her. Lots of medicines and plenty of rest we are seeing some progress (4/6)

You can see the power is coming back into her back legs and one of the front leg.

One at the front is still completely lame though. This may not look like progress but this is a dog improving who wants to live and heal (5/6)

I’m not 100% sure she’ll ever be back to normal. But 2.5 weeks in we see huge progress.

Patience is key. Hopefully more of the same washes all the bad stuff out of her system and we can give Espresso Martini a life (6/6)
