@Matt_Pinner Yes and No. Yes tip...no to 40 percent. 20 percent has always been the usual move the decimal and times TWO not four. If I was rich enough to tip 40 percent I'd just go ahead and tip 100 percent ya know.

40 percent? If I was that rich I'd tip 100 percent but I usually times 2 for 20 percent which is what is normal. Alas I can rarely afford to eat out in this economy
