I have lost track of the number of times I’ve had my appt cancelled on the day with no reason given. I book my work around them so it’s incredibly annoying when I receive messages before & after stressing my need to attend. Why should I when they’re cancelled?

@Morbidful In the UK appointments get cancelled the day before or day of the booking. Then the service calls you one week later trying to book you in because they’re low on stock.
