Remember: you can afford having a bad day, a bad training, a bad game. It’s ok!
It’s just a little point in a timeline!
If you give too much importance to a sigle event, overthinking it and losing contact with the big picture, that little point will become a gap you’ll fall into
@suihkonen77 Ted!You shouldn’t feel the need to explain your choices, just take your decisions based on what you want and what makes you happy. We have one life only and time runs, when we realize this priorities get clearer and a lot of “must do” are replaced by “want to” and this is ok! ♥️
@suihkonen77 You can always choose to work hard but if you are not present with the mind it’s meaningless! Training with a purpose and with intensity (meant as dimension of focus) is the key to improvement… so yes, I would definitely replace “train hard” with “train with purpose” 🙏
@suihkonen77 Hi Ted! What is the no 1 key to pay attention to, during a hockey practice, in order to recreate game scenario intensity (and therefore “Chaos”)? How can you, for example, increase task uncertainty?
#confidence vs overconfidence and false confidence. If you want to avoid an emotional rollercoaster during games… pay attention on what you confidence is based on😉
