59y F, previous stapedotomy for fenestral otospongiosis, she developped disequilibrium, FPCT showed new otospongiosis foci surrounding the PSC and the vestibular acqueduct.

We use only FPCT for 4 years, except for contrast-enhanced studies (tumors and inflammatory diseaese) or head-moving patients.
