One of my exhibitions at the municipal library of Pisciotta, Italy 🏛

I've been going all around Italy, my last two years, to share my Plastiglomeri collection and build awareness about plastic pollution in the sea 🌊

Help me spread the message with a like and rt ❤️

how many animals are being affected by ocean plastic pollution? 🧵

here some data and numbers to understand the gravity.

-100% of marine turtles
-59% of whales
-36% of seals
-40% of seabirds

[GiovanniTortora @Giovanni_to_]

4) 33.3% marine animals have been found tangled in plastic.

It means 1 every 3 marine species have experienced it. Injury and death are usually the causes.
