Thirty years later, the story comes full circle at @Autodromo_Monza.
@schumacher joined Ferrari in 1996. This weekend we have an original Ferrari-issued F310 show car in the schumacher Lounge.
Temple of Speed. See you there.

And just like that, it’s race week. 🇮🇹🏎️
A year of planning, lessons from 2025, and a tremendous amount of work by The Driver Lounge team all come together at Monza this weekend.

Beyond Tokenization: Building Digital Property Infrastructure for Institutional Real Estate.

Property + regulated digital markets.
The next question is infrastructure: rights, records, capital, servicing, exit.
@AIM_Congress 2026. Dubai. September 7–9.
The hard problem is not minting a token.
It is connecting legally recognized property rights with institutional capital.
That’s the work behind Digital Property Infrastructure™.
See you in Dubai at @AIM_Congress 2026.

The conversations I want: digital infrastructure, institutional capital, RWAs, cross-border investment, and property-market modernization.
Dubai, September 7–9.
I’ll be at @AIM_Congress 2026.
Looking to connect with people working on real estate, RWA tokenization, capital markets and institutional investment.

Digital Property Infrastructure™ is the stack that keeps the investment connected to the property for its whole life.
A token alone does not prove clearer rights, reliable servicing, or a credible exit.
Transferability is infrastructure. Liquidity is a market outcome.
Measure the legal claim first.
Then follow the money: ceiling ≠ offering ≠ subscriptions ≠ property value ≠ trading volume.
Then keep measuring after launch.
Five markets, five kinds of evidence:
licences, receivables pathways, settlement pilots, legal guidance, staged permissions.
Do not add them up as one property-tokenization league table.
Australia’s question is the one marketing often skips:
What is the investor actually buying?
If money is pooled and someone else manages the building, the token is still an investment product.
Hong Kong is working on the cash side of the trade.
HSBC’s HKD 3.8M tokenized-deposit transfer was real money moving.
It was not a property acquisition. Settlement still has to finish the investment.
Brazil’s useful lesson is credit, not title.
Tokenized real-estate receivables can finance a building without conveying ownership of it.
Follow the receivable: who owes, what secures, who services, what happens on default.
