Facts of the case are that occurred on 23.08.2026 at 21:30 hrs at Shakthi Nagar, Moosapet, Kukatpally.
Reported on 23.08.2026 at 23:45 hrs on the complaint from Sri. Kandadi Savithri W/o Sanjeev Reddy, a ge: 60 yrs, Caste: OC-Reddy, Occ: Housewife, R/o Shakthinagar, Habib Nagar, Moosapet, Kukatpally # 7 675999889. In which she stated that on 23.08.2026 at 09:30 PM some Muslim persons tying flags in colony. At the time the complainant questioned as flags had never been tied at this place earlier and exp ressed her objection. Then a person named Ghouse Pasha told her son also previously tied flags during their festivals and phoned her son.

At that time her son not present in home as he went out on work. W hen her son came to house immediately an argument took place Ghouse Pasha and his brother Younus Pasha and some other persons assaulted with hands and fell down and kicked with legs. They abused her son Madhusudhan Reddy in filthy language and assaulted him with hands and threatened as will kilI him. In this incident she and her son sustained injuries. Therefore the complainant requested to take n ecessary action on Ghouse Pasha and Younus Pasha and the other persons.

Case registered at PS Kukatpally U/s 74,115(2),352,351(2), 196,г/w 3(5) BNS.
