I don’t see any logic in this. They also ship via FedEx and USPS. Why ship with a service they know has been problematic? 2/2

I ordered from @HotTopic They shipped via OnTrac on 1/16. I still don’t have it. It’s been sitting in OnTrac’s warehouse for almost two weeks. OnTrac ignored the support tickets I opened. Hot Topic has been excellent customer service wise. 1/2
