Super excited to be working with @elvamcdonagh Counsellor on this webinar next weekend on @academy_therapy. We are both really passionate about social media and its benefits. It's great to be able to help others get started.
So, this weeks post covered news and your mental health. Last year during the first lockdown I wrote about protecting your mental health. If you missed it check it out here.

I hear a lot that social media is harmful. And while that can be true, it doesn't have to be.

You can wish be apart of the EU and still criticise it. You can work for the EU (as I did) and openly note its faults. You can openly recognise problems, while still working to solve them. It’s not hypocrisy. It’s called critical thinking and pragmatism.
Okay, I have been able to schedule my posts with Later.
Not a fan of the phone app but the desktop version is pretty good.
Let's see how it goes over the week.
I am feeling optimistic!
Again, any recommendations for tools appreciated!

Testing scheduling tools today. What do you other #bloggers use?
So far I've tested
@hootesuite which was a complete nightmare!! And I'm now locked out.
@latermedia been okay so far. Was easy to set up but I'm now trying to schedule a tweet 🤷♀️
Anyone any recommendations?
Later update: Okay scheduled both Twitter and Facebook post for Monday together by accident, but that's okay.
Can't post a tweet without a photo, definitely a con on the pros and con list. But I think I can live with it.
For people who struggle with body image, January is hell! So, take some time out of social media to read a good book.

@leglesstweets I think it comes from the Greek word psyche. Though why psyche has a silent p I couldn't tell you. As to doing the same things over and over, why do you think you do it?
Still struggling? Not to worry we are all still adjusting to remote work or learning. These things take time and organisation.
