Last week, we crafted our strategic plan with input from 2 fantastic Girls Pride Zambia representatives. Today, we updated those available during the session on our discussions and proposed activities, giving them a chance to approve and prepare them mentally for implementation.

In 2023, SGS Consulting through the Zambia Governance Foundation embarked on a training to support grassroots organizations in Southern Africa. Following an assessment of GPZ, there was a need to develop a long-term strategic plan which we are glad to have been concluding today!.
