I am still waiting for a refund for the substitution I did not accept.  It was a more expensive handwash and I gave it back to the sainsburys guy when I was doing my click and collect.  He said he would take it off my order but I haven't had an email.

So I've been trying to lose weight and have cut down on everything. Carbs mainly, alcohol, portion size etc. Upped veg, fruit, reduced meat. And in 6 weeks I've just about lost 6lb. This week 12oz. I'm tired, hungry and fed up. Any tips? #weightloss #HealthyEating #Menopause

@PDuffs69 Thanks it's been a real struggle. Just expected to lose more than 12oz this week after cutting out so much. Seems unfair. Definitely need to drink more water though!
