Die Europäische Raumfahrtagentur hat 5 neue Astronaut:innen ausgewählt. Sie werden unter anderem vom IRS mit Vorlesungen in Raumfahrttechnik ausgebildet. Diese Vorlesungen sind Teil des Astronauten-Grundlagentrainings & wurden bereits in den Jahren 2009 & 2015 vom IRS angeboten.
