Macpherson Orders CIDB Probe Into Moriel Infrastructure Group

Public Works Minister Dean Macpherson has directed the CIDB to immediately investigate allegations that Moriel Infrastructure Group obtained multiple contractor gradings on the same day without meeting the required criteria, which may have been used to secure government contracts.

This follows a viral video showing company director Lawrence Chamurwa Mudzinganyama allegedly threatening women at a Sandton restaurant.

Transport Minister Barbara Creecy has also ordered SANRAL to investigate the company’s contracts.

Prophet Black Elisha Brings 'Spiritual Padlock' Ministry to Johannesburg

Prophet Mduduzi Dube, widely known as Black Elisha, has arrived in Johannesburg, South Africa, bringing his spiritual ministry across the Limpopo River.

Originally based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, where he leads the Christ Life Generation Church, the prophet is currently in South Africa to minister, heal, and deliver those seeking divine intervention, according to his ministry.

Prophet Black Elisha has drawn attention for his unconventional approach to deliverance: using spiritual padlocks. He says he was instructed to use padlocks as a physical manifestation of prophetic power, drawing inspiration from Matthew 16:19 to bind and loose forces in the spiritual realm. This sets him apart from traditional mediums like holy water or anointing oil.

According to his ministry, he provides healing, drives out demonic forces, protects marriages from infidelity, and unlocks breakthroughs in business and personal financial destinies. While in Johannesburg, he says he is extending his hands to heal the sick and deliver the oppressed.

Black Elisha gained wider attention after appearing in the Daily News, where he claimed he could spiritually "lock" a woman's genitals if she was unfaithful to her partner. That claim has sparked widespread debate.

This is not a serial killer.
It’s a team. 3 / 4 people. They are certainly mobile.
Kidnapping requires effort, physical strength and timing.
Especially when your target is fit and healthy people. You need a driver and helpers ( snatchers). It’s not a one man job. We maybe looking at young men aged between 27-40. They are purely killing for the thrill. It’s a game more like initiation.
