@IndiGo6E I had booked return tickets for 5/12 & 6/12, the onward flight got canceled while the returning flight operated. You have refunded me half the fare. How do you expect me to take the return flight if I have not been able to travel due to the onward flight being canceled!

My attempts to undo web check-in and cancel the return flight were unsuccessful as the buttons were non-responsive and the app was crashing continuously. Tried reaching you via the call center and chat bot which ended up being futile as well. PNR B7ZDPW.

Since when has @IndiaPostOffice started insisting that packages have to be opened & shown before they are accepted by speed post counters at post offices? Had to send a few business cards from one office address to another & the guy at counter, rude as usual, denied to accept it!

I tried reporting this to whoever called me from Popular, but all I was told was that they’ll look into it & an apology. I decided to let it go, but I think you need to train your dealers on CRM & not to hound customers with calls & messages chasing them for service appointments.

Unfortunately, it was after a few weeks that I realized one of the wheel caps was of a different color & I assumed it may have been a mistake. Only when my driver pointed out to me, I figured out that the wheel itself was a different one, that too an almost totally worn out one.

The @myspinny experience! Put up my car on sale and Spinny folks reach out to me. Came, evaluated the car and made a decent quote. Made me upload all documents and e-sign the agreement. Sent a couple of folks to pick up the car, who showed up without a delivery note!

@myspinny upon insisting that I’ll not hand over the car without a delivery note, despite them trying to convince it is not required, I sent them back. I get a call immediately saying that they have some major finding on the car’s service records and immediately cut down 10K.

@help_delhivery Any reason why a package that was supposed to be delivered to a Trivandrum address has been sent on a world tour, that too after it reached Trivandrum? Lousy is an understatement!
