@tswaverunner @DannyJNassi @AVGirl4Life Sorry no. Who are you to decide that someone is too young to have mental issues? Children can definitely have mental issues. It doesn't make this behaviour ok, and I still wonder where the parents are, BUT a child can have mental issues, indeed.

@DannyJNassi @AVGirl4Life I'm mother of 2 ASD kids. Mental health is no excuse. If I knew my child could behave like that I wouldn't take them to the shop. If I have to, I'd be right next to them and watch them like a hawk. Of course shit happens, but in that case, I would definitely repay the damage.

@AVGirl4Life Where are her parents? She might have issues, but that's no excuse. I have 2 ASD children; they wander while I shop, but don't vandalise. I would seriously discuss this with her parents, and whether they need to repay it depends on where they were and what they were doing.
