Maybe he was bullied in the past growing up and this is his retaliation
Maybe he is trying to revenge on the world because something happened
Maybe he is suffering from mental illnesses

@SandroChess The answer is simple. Provide government UBR to those who earn it. Ex. Cleaning public places such as roads and sidewalks. If those who are able too but don’t want to work, should be sent to rehab/boot camp to improve. That’s the only way we can help those who can be helped.
