@UPS still hasn't replied to my emails or messages other than to recommend I contact the same "local support" that is holding my package hostage. UPS Morocco refuses to surrender my package unless we pay an additional $150 on top of delivery and customs. NEVER SHIP UPS.

@UPS It is the local contact that is causing the problems. "Marco," "Emilio," and now "Virginia" have all sent me the exact same message. Nobody is reading my messages, emails, answering phones, etc. NOBODY @UPS cares that UPS Morocco is holding my package hostage.

@UPS We never had these problems with @DHLAfrica or @USPS . But your Morocco office is requiring an extra payment of $150 in additions to customs and the shipping cost for us to take our package. In essence, they are stealing it. Please resolve this immediately.

@UPS It is absolutely unacceptable to charge an extra $150 after the sender has already paid shipping costs and customs has cleared the package.

@UPS Nobody in the US office will help us. The Morocco office requires us to pay an extra $150 to take home our package. They didn't deliver the package, nor a delivery slip, nor call us (the number was on the package). Instead, they are holding our package hostage until we pay.

@UPS We just want our package of snacks and a game. It's not contraband. It's nothing expensive. But it was meaningful and your Morocco office is stealing it.

@michelletandler Another question: values of Islam. Most Muslims are peaceful people. But, the Quran and Hadith are not. Most Muslims do not read the sources. Thus, we have “extremists” who read and follow the sources and “moderates” who read their favorite partes and “liberals” who read none.
