Outsourced QA is one of the biggest scourges of the industry in recent years

The outsource testers aren't the problem they are the same people as if testing were in-house. The problem is the process is sanitized, and no real feedback about systemic issues in the game are voiced

I've had people tell me the economy is good, and are actually being serious...some people are so deluded it's like they enjoy getting gouged for bread and milk.
