Bittersweet post! We are closing our practice to move on to new challenges and perhaps new horizons. Thank you to all who've supported us since 2007. God bless.
@markkaplan20 Mark, aside from the higher price and greater difficulty in sourcing purely organic produce, how does one navigate your list with the potential effect of farm and supermarket chem spraying?
@PenguinOfTroy Because it's not hot in the SEC or ACC territory. USC is just soft. Road games with ND had to be played before November every year. USC is soft...warm or cold weather
@markkaplan20 The last unanswered question from my PCP before I switched to a metabolic health practice: Why would I really need to take a statin at all specifically for elevated LDL?
@DoctorTro@sayerjigmi@ChuckGrassley ADA trained dietician told my severely diabetic dad to eat 60g carbs at every meal and that more than 2 eggs/day was dangerous for his cholesterol. I told her she was using incorrect ADA guidelines and scare tactics about heart health
@Marion436842126 Marion, you were literally a light in the darkness when I stopped a statin, quiet quit my PCP, and began diving into my cardio metabolic health. Everything you told me was spot on and I am much better for it. God bless you!!! You are a health angel to me
@BCrawford247 Indiana got boat raced by ND one year prior. Yes, Indiana improved but ND got screwed out of a chance to win a title over overmatched Alabama, Tulane and James Madison. Nobody wanted to meet ND in the playoffs, including Indiana
@CaryKelly11 Listened in on my dad's first ever dietician consult recently. He's been diabetic 20+ years mind you. The ADA guidelines suggestion...60 g carbs per MEAL and no more than 2 eggs per day, because too much cholesterol is dangerous. Insanity
@markkaplan20 Any thought to including formal instructions for people to block out any hipaa sensitive info before uploading lab docs? I just gave my aunt that instruction. Greg
