Why are the status not updated with PSA on the GameStop app for cards that were sent out for grading ? @gamestop @PSAcard

@PSAcard damaged a card (one of my favorite) that I submitted through @gamestop and I’m still sitting in limbo between both companies, other then GameStop employees solidifying that my card was in excellent condition, not getting anything updates.

@PSAcard literally damaged a favorite card of mine that was not damaged prior to sending that I sent through @GameStop and gave it such a low grade and I’m still sitting on figuring out what exactly happens next.
