The manuscript I sent was accepted but I've had to turn the offer down due to the ridiculous Ts&C's. There's more than one way to crack an egg. I'm not done just yet.

This week I submitted my first ever manuscript to a publisher. It said to expect a reply within 6 to 8 weeks. Rejection or not I'm just happy I finally submitted something. It's been a long time coming.

News: I'm a Dad now so between the day job and Dad stuff I don't get much time or inspiration to write but I've had an idea. All my life I've wanted to be an author, but lately I've been wondering if script writing might be the way to go.

I've got a couple of ideas swimming around in my head so I'm excited to give it a try. Admittedly it wasn't even my idea in the first place. It was my fiancée that said she thought I'd be really good at it as I'm a big kid at heart. Wish me luck!
