If you have Sunday Scaries, read this aloud:
I'm allowed to put down the weight of a week that hasn't happened yet.
Tomorrow doesn't need a perfect version of me; it only needs the real, capable, resilient person I already am.
I have survived days I once thought would break me, and I will not be defeated by a Monday.
Tonight, I enjoy the gift of rest; tomorrow, I rise with strength, clarity, and everything I need for the next step.
Tomorrow, when I show up at work, everyone wants me, my presence, my ideas, my energy, my solutions and my confidence, which is already available to be deployed.
New beginnings!
New beginnings!
New beginnings! Says the Lord
The days of pain are over
The days of darkness are over
New beginnings
Amen

God, please bless women who are studying, building careers, running businesses, leading communities, and working quietly toward their goals. May their efforts not be wasted, and may they see the fruit of their labour. Amen.
Every day I show up, I don’t just show up to work.
I show up to reaffirm a decision someone made when they chose me.
Not just that I was the right hire then, but that I remain the right person now, and the most valuable person for what’s coming next.
I am never just solving today’s problem.
I am positioning myself as the answer to problems they haven’t named yet.
My presence is evidence. My output is proof. The question of whether I’m needed should never need to be asked.
I know this for sure:
The work is not the point.
The work is the window.
What people see through it is me, my character, my capacity, my hunger, my precision.
The work doesn’t define me. It expresses me.
It gives my strengths somewhere to live.
And because of that, I don’t wait to be permitted to rise.
I move. I lead. I take the space that others left unclaimed.
I operate from the future, not from where I’m standing.
I was not built to be labelled.
Every room the sole of my feet touches is a room I belong in. Not by invitation. By right.
And I release myself from the pressure of perfection.
I can grow while I earn. I can learn while I lead.
The growth I carry cannot be priced. It compounds daily, and it belongs to no one but me.
My value has no ceiling.
The downside is capped. The upside is infinite.
Everything I have, I earned through blood, sweat, tears, and the kind of wisdom that only comes from showing up when it was hard.
And I rise the way an eagle rises, not frantically, not desperately.
With focus. With strength. With precision.
Go and be fantastic today.
