11 years ago, the Oso slide tragically took the lives of 43 community members.
At the slide we remembered those lost, and the community that came together to support each other in these tough times.
We (Glacier Peak Institute) humbly arose from this tragedy

We envision hiking trails, picnic tables and local historical exhibits where the community and the local schools can walk to the riverfront in town.
Ultimately a space for our community, for you and you can have a voice on that vision through the survey.
