1-Dev/creator fees.
1.1- Dev fees are currently used to buy back and lock for a minimum of 2 years.
I am previewing to buy and lock between 10% and 15% so we can have a guarantied floor.

1.2- After the buy and lock done, we will start to do some kind of a supply control so we will always have an higher floor.
By exemple: When we will hit 50k mcap, no fees will be used before 25k mcap so we can build the floor higher and higher.
