Charles Barkley says he believes in spanking kids
“People talking about you can’t yell at your kids. Yes, hell you can yell at your kids. You’ll whoop their ass too … That’s why these kids are crazy. I’m not going around telling people to beat their kids, but I think if you don’t spank your kids and discipline them, they turn into some of these brats that we got today. I’m not here for child abuse, but how are kids gonna know they’re doing something wrong? First of all, you can’t rationalize with kids, they’re dumber than rocks. They don’t know they’re doing stuff wrong. But when you spank them, that gets the message across because they don’t want that. You can blast me on social media. You guys know I don’t do social media. I don’t ever read any comments. I don’t care what you think. Y’all can kiss my big Black a–,”

There’s a debate going on about which is worse: mosquitoes or bedbugs.
As someone who respects facts, trauma, and lived experience, let me be clear:
Bedbugs are the worst creatures to ever exist.
Mosquitoes?
We Africans are built for mosquitoes.
They disturb you, you slap one, you get malaria, you treat it, life moves on.
Use a net, cover your body, sleep with fan, you’ll still manage to sleep.
But bedbugs?
Ah.
When bedbugs enter your house, you are no longer the landlord.
You are the tenant.
In fact, you are the visitor.
If ONE bedbug enters your house today, by tomorrow morning they are about 70 million.
No meeting. No warning. Just multiplication.
Bedbugs don’t disturb sleep, they cancel sleep.
They don’t bite you, they traumatize you.
If you survive bedbugs, you may need therapy to feel safe in your own bed again.
Bedbugs will make you appreciate the Nigerian government.
Bedbugs are worse than bandits.
You can fumigate today, tomorrow, next week,
one or two will still survive to tell the story.
In fact, to finally defeat bedbugs, you have to leave the house for them.
You relocate.. While you probably wait for Trump to Nuke your area.
And let’s talk about their confidence.
Bedbugs existed before beds were invented.
Meaning they came prepared.
Humanity just caught up later.
Their scientific name is Cimex lectularius- you see the name? Bedbug is a senior lecturer.
And trust me, bedbugs will lecture you about life, humility, suffering, patience and why pride is useless.
In every language, the name “bedbug” never sounds friendly.
In Idoma, it's called 'ikpre'.
In Ebira language, it's call Ikazi (which sounds like 'irazi', meaning 'war') You dey hear am? Bedbugs is a bringer of war.
No translation sounds like peace.
So please, let’s stop this debate.
Mosquitoes are annoying but Bedbugs are demonic.
If bedbugs visit your house, you are the guest.
@xyTalal @CricWonderGirl @AdamKerrBell Yes it is , sportsperson career ends in the 30s ususally. You need as much money as possible until your body doesnt cooperate. Legacy and patriotism is secondary
i’ve never quite understood this specific form of racism. America and Western countries have all sorts of food we eat with our hands! hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, chicken wings, PIZZA, ribs, muffins, burritos, French fries, doughnuts, popcorn, etc. like, are you dumb?
🇪🇸🗣️ Marcos Llorente on IG: "I’m here to clarify the whole glasses topic because I see a lot of people didn’t understand anything… or maybe never will. And that’s fine. Not everyone is ready to question what they’ve been taught. If you’re not interested in your health, you can keep scrolling.
Nothing I share is made up. It’s not a “personal opinion.” It’s biology (real biology). You just have to read it. So if what I say bothers you, argue with biology, not with me.
I use glasses with yellow (special) lenses during the day when I’m indoors. And at night, if I go out or I’m exposed to artificial light, I use glasses with red lenses. Why? Because I protect my biology. Blue light, outside its natural context (daytime), is toxic. And it’s not me saying it; it’s your mitochondria, when they stop producing energy as they should.
Your retina and your skin have receptors that detect light and its colors. Your body uses them to turn essential biological processes on or off. If you send it the wrong signal, like looking at a screen at 10 p.m. or a white LED light while having dinner, your body responds incorrectly. Period. There’s no debate there.
And yes, the most serious damage happens at night when you disrupt your natural production of melatonin. Maybe you’re thinking: “Pfft, melatonin… who cares?” Well, it turns out it matters a lot. Melatonin doesn’t just help you sleep.
• It maintains cellular voltage and regulates calcium and potassium ion channels (cancer).
• It inhibits the Warburg effect; in other words, with enough melatonin, cancer cannot proliferate.
• It inhibits aromatase, blocking pathways related to breast cancer.
• Together with melanin, it’s the most powerful antioxidant in the body.
• It's anti-inflammatory and boosts the immune system.
• It regulates your biological clocks.
• It controls two key cellular programs: autophagy (cellular cleaning) and apoptosis (programmed cell death). This helps prevent cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.
Wearing glasses that filter artificial light isn’t a biohacker trend. It’s a necessity if you live trapped in modern environments, away from the sun, surrounded by screens and LED lights.
A hug to everyone ❤️"
