I like how this is starting to turn out, Portfolio X-ray, import a screenshot or csv of your portfolio, set your rules, sleeves, exposure and get detailed daily updates on changes and what needs to be actioned.

Any founders in Ireland building in public?
Aussie in Dublin here, two weeks into posting on X. Would love to find more of the Irish crew: SaaS, ecommerce, AI, anything.
Drop what you're building and where you're based ๐
@BrianFeroldi Eight milestones means eight separate chances to talk yourself out of it. Each time the stock doubles, selling feels like discipline. Holding a 10-bagger is mostly about not turning every round number into a fresh decision.
@matt_teeixeira Makes a lot of background jobs worth running again. Tagging, summaries, first drafts, stuff I'd been skipping on cost.
Feels like the cheap tier is where product decisions actually shift, not the top model.
@willbakerships At 15 with $20 you've got the thing that matters more than max effort, which is endless time to tinker.
Constraints made a lot of good builders. And today's free tiers are still miles ahead of anything we had at that age.
@builtwithrubel Using one I'm working on at the moment, A multi-agent workforce tool, built it to help with customer outreach, so heavily testing it with my real use cases while working on my main apps.
Other than that Claude gets a lot of usage.
@builtwithrubel Developer mode, every time the marketing side feels hard. Shipping a feature feels like progress even when it isn't.
Gonna try this week to focus less on the features and try and focus on founder mode.
@dark_coderz Viral rewards how easy something is to explain in one sentence, not how useful it is.
Terrible products often have a dead simple hook. Useful ones get described as a feature list.
The useful ones usually win later, just slower and quieter.
@zhouG1n@X Dublin-based Aussie, solo, three products. Atradian is research and portfolio memory for self-directed investors. Cadenzova automates social media with a learning strategist. Cadenzova Decisions logs why a business made each call and what happened next.
@omarvvvr Around the same. What stopped mine creeping past it: one coding tool, one chat model, and cancel anything I haven't opened in a fortnight.
The main subscriptions aren't the leak. The I'll just try this one too ones are.
@BrianFeroldi The do nothing rule is the hardest one to actually follow.
What helps me is to write down why you bought it on day one. When the price drops, you check the reason, not the chart. If the reason still holds, doing nothing gets a lot easier.
